Here’s something you don’t see much in the US–a groom making his entrance on an elephant–in downtown DC! It gives the phrase “an elephant in the room” new meaning! Supposedly this had been the groom’s dream since childhood, which is the first time I’ve heard of guys planning their dream wedding.

Minnie’s dream since childhood, on the other hand, has been to be reunited with the family from whom she was stolen so that she could be broken, chained, and shipped over here so that she could be in advertisements and in the weddings of selfish people. Sadly, that dream will never come to pass. She will, instead, be returned to Connecticut where she lives in a barn, is never allowed outside to graze in the grass or see the sunlight, and then brought around to service more thoughtless people. Very sad.
